1. Subscription Terms

• Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle.

• Cancellation: Users may cancel their subscriptions at any time through their account settings or by contacting us at info@deld.ai.

2. Account Registration

• User Responsibility: Users must register or create an account, providing complete and truthful information. Failure to do so may result in service unavailability.

• Confidentiality: Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and must choose strong passwords.

• Account Activity: By registering, users agree to be fully responsible for all activities under their username and password.

• Security Breach: Users must immediately inform D-ELD LLC via info@deld.ai if they suspect their personal information, including account credentials, has been compromised.

3. Payment and Refund Policy

• Payment Processing: Payments are processed through Stripe.

• Non-Refundable Services: Services used are non-refundable.

• Subscription Refunds: Subscriptions are non-refundable once the billing cycle has commenced.

4. Cancellation Policy

• Effective Date: Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

• No Refunds: No refunds will be issued for the remaining period after cancellation.

• Deactivation: Users must deactivate all vehicles from their account to avoid charges during the renewal period.

• Account Deactivation: Users may request account deactivation by emailing info@deld.ai, which will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

• Access Post-Cancellation: Upon cancellation, users retain access to the service until the end of the current billing period.

5. Dispute Resolution

• Chargebacks: Users agree not to initiate chargebacks without first contacting our support team at info@deld.ai.

• Dispute Handling: Users are not permitted to dispute any charges through their banks when using the software or after cancellation. All disputes will be counter-disputed, and users agree not to dispute any charges.

6. User Responsibilities

• Accurate Information: Users must provide accurate information and keep it updated.

• Account Security: Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account and password.
   

7. Limitation of Liability
D-ELD LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

8. Account Suspension and Deletion

• Right to Suspend/Delete: D-ELD LLC reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or delete user accounts deemed inappropriate, offensive, or in violation of these terms, without notice.

• No Compensation: Suspension or deletion of user accounts does not entitle users to any claims for compensation, damages, or reimbursement.

• Outstanding Fees: Suspension or deletion of accounts due to user actions does not exempt the user from paying any applicable fees.
   

9. Acceptable Use

• Compliance: The application and service may only be used within the scope of what they are provided for, under these terms and applicable law.

• User Responsibility: Users are solely responsible for ensuring their use of the application and/or service does not violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.

• Owner's Rights: D-ELD LLC reserves the right to take appropriate measures to protect its legitimate interests, including denying users access to the application or service, terminating contracts, and reporting any misconduct to competent authorities when users engage or are suspected to engage in activities that violate laws, regulations, these terms, infringe third-party rights, impair D-ELD LLC's legitimate interests, or offend D-ELD LLC or any third party.
  
  10. User Account and Data deletion

• Users can request the deletion of their account and associated data by emailing us at info@deld.ai with the subject "Account Deletion Request". Please include your registered email address and username for verification.

• Account deletion requests will be processed within 7–30 days after verification.

• All personal data associated with your account will be permanently deleted, except for data required to comply with legal obligations.

• Once deleted, this action cannot be undone, and you will lose access to all related services.
